2. Entry category:

1. Short Film: not longer than 40 minutes, including but not limited to story, animation, documentary and other types.

2. Feature films: longer than 40 minutes, covering feature films, documentaries, experimental films, etc. .

3. Special units: there may be special units for animations, documentaries, student productions, female directors, etc. .

Language Requirements:

All non-english dialogue must be subtitled in English.

1. How to submit: submit through an officially specified online platform, such as FilmFreeway.

2. Materials: including film documents, script (if applicable) , brief introduction of the director and the main creative team, film posters and stills, etc. .

3. Cut-off date: the exact date of each year will be published on the official website, overdue is no longer acceptable.

Third, the selection criteria

The film's creativity, narrative ability, visual effects, music score, director skills will be comprehensive evaluation.

The jury is made up of professionals from the film industry, including directors, scriptwriters, producers and film critics.

Four, the award establishment

Awards for Best Film, Best Director, Best Screenplay and Best Cinematography will be set up according to the categories of entries.

Special Awards are set up to recognize creative and socially influential works.
